General Returns Disclaimer:

All returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and, whenever possible, packaged in the original boxes in order to ensure a full credit. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.

We understand that as a result of COVID-19, returning a product might not be as easy as it usually is, so we're extending our return window to 90 days. If you have any issues with your return, please reach out to costello@costelloapparel.com for assistance.

Q - How long is shipping time?
How do I make a return?

We offer free returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US. We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know.

Q - When will I receive my order?

Due to the precautions our distribution center is taking as a result of COVID-19, there are order processing delays of 2–3 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your order ships!

Q - When will I receive my tracking number?

Due to the precautions our distribution center is taking as a result of COVID-19, orders are taking an additional 2-3 business days to be processed. Rest assured your order is being taken care of and you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it's on the way!

Q - Does Costello Apparel ship internationally?

We do, but shipments may experience delays as a result of COVID-19. The length of the delay is dependent on each country's local delivery abilities. Please note that we don't offer free returns for international orders.

Q - Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Q - What is your exchange policy?

Due to the timeline for processing an exchange and the limited nature of most of our inventory, we don’t offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the bag you’d like and returning your current order for a refund following the steps above.

Q - How long will it take to receive my refund? And where will my refund go?

Please note that to protect the health and safety of employees, all returned packages will be held in isolation for 72 hours after delivery before any returns processing begins. Once removed from isolation, it will take 10-15 business days for it to be processed and for your refund to be issued. The refund will go to the payment method used when originally placing the order.
